Mineral Oil • Micocal Q-32-N

Application

Micocal Q-32-N is used in systems of indirect heat transfer such as foundries, plywood presses, calendars, plastic injection machines, vulcanization equipment, drying and mixing equipment.

Micocal Q-32-N can be used in liquid phase between -12°C and 320°C. The maximum film temperature of 340°C should not be exceeded.

Despite of an excellent thermal stability and low risk of oxidative degradation, inert gas blanketing of the system’s expansion tank is recommended to avoid a premature change-out of the fluid.

Quality

Micocal Q-32-N is a mineral based heat transfer fluid of high ageing resistance. It is built on highly refined, specially treated base oils which permit a high durability of the oil fillings in the stated temperature ranges.

In continuously running heat transfer systems it is necessary to control the fluid once a year.

Micocal Q-32-N is non-corrosive and compatible with the most common materials in heat transfer systems.

Packing

Micocal Q-32-N is available in IBC of 1.000 liter (872 kg), in drums of 201 liter (175 kg) and in pails of 20,5 liter (18 kg).
