Product: Micocal Q-32-N

 

 

Application: Thermal Oil System. The heat transfer fluid is circulated in the thermal oil system to supply heat to the production process.

 

The mineral oil Q-32-N is heated up in the thermal oil heater on top of an solid biomass furnace. The hot oil is supplied to the air heat exchanger in their flash dryer.

 

Also the fluid is going through exhaust gas heat exchangers, where the exhaust gas of engines is used to heat up the fluid, to also supply heat to an air heater for their flash dryer.

Application: Thermal Oil System. The heat transfer fluid is circulated in the thermal oil system to supply heat to the food production process.

 

The food grade oil FG-35 is heated up in the thermal oil heater on top of an solid biomass furnace. The hot oil is supplied to the coil heat exchanger in their food processing tanks.

 

The company switched from a mineral oil system to food grade oil to ensure highest quality and safety for their products.
